CO2 Emissions in G20 Nations through the Three-Sector Model

چکیده
This paper examines the relationship between CO2 emissions in three economic sectors of G20 member countries using environmental IPAT model and STIRPAT validates EKC hypothesis by comparing results for developing developed countries. The confirm that there is a significant long-run equilibrium (primary, secondary, tertiary) across panel. Furthermore, elasticities suggest primary sector (agriculture) positively negatively affects economies, respectively. finding proves development agriculture line with more economy will instead improve degradation. Based on findings, each sector, we provide policymakers suggestions to potentially curb without significantly compromising growth.
